1.Data controller
Risque AI (Risque AI) is the data controller for this website. For any privacy request, contact shivom@aggarwalai.com. When the platform processes data on behalf of a bank client, that institution is the controller and Risque AI acts as processor under a data-processing agreement.
2.What we process
The platform primarily processes company data from official and public sources (financial filings, registry data, official gazettes, web and news). We rate companies — we do not perform consumer credit scoring of private individuals. Limited personal data of company officers (dirigeants) may appear where it is part of official public registers, and is used only for corporate-credit analysis. Website visitors: minimal technical/log data and any details you submit by email.
3.Legal basis & purpose
Processing rests on legitimate interest (corporate credit analysis for professional users) and, for client engagements, the performance of a contract. Purposes: credit assessment, analytics, platform security and service operation. We do not sell personal data.
4.Data residency & security
Data is hosted within the EU (Google Cloud EMEA — région europe-west1 (Belgique, UE)). Security controls include authenticated access, a tamper-evident audit trail, encryption in transit, secret hygiene and a DevSecOps pipeline. See the Compliance & security section on the home page.
5.Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed for the analytical purpose and to meet legal/audit obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Audit records are kept for the period required by applicable financial regulation.
6.Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your personal data. Email shivom@aggarwalai.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

The public website uses only essential cookies required to operate. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set without consent.
