The website and platform are hosted within the European Union on Google Cloud EMEA — région europe-west1 (Belgique, UE). Data is processed and stored in-region to support EU data-residency requirements.

Risque AI provides explainable credit-intelligence software for supervised financial institutions. It produces internal credit assessments, ratings, loss estimates and analytics on companies. Risque AI is not a licensed credit rating agency within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009, and it does not issue public credit ratings. Decisions remain those of the supervised institution, under its own regulatory framework.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, the Risque AI mark, software, models and their structure — is the property of Risque AI or its licensors and is protected under French and international intellectual-property law. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Risque AI outputs are decision-support analytics provided to professional users. They do not constitute investment, legal or accounting advice. Risque AI makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of platform outputs by the institutions that operate it.
